Passion and a Vision

Our story began in the 1970s, when a young businessman named Dan Stephenson visited Europe for the first time and fell in love with the countryside, the food and wine, the culture and the lifestyle. From then on, he had a passion to share his experiences with whomever crossed his path.

Thirty years later, Dan and his friend purchased more than 300 acres of land in a little place called the Temecula Valley Wine Country. At that moment, his dream to bring Europe and her old-world charms to our corner of the world sprang to life. Europa Village was born and the strategy for a multi-winery resort was carefully crafted and began rolling out phase by phase, one exciting destination at a time.

A New Invitation To Old-World Charm

Today, more than thirty acres of prime Temecula Wine Country property have been planted with popular European-style varietal grapes, bringing forth premium wines in the classic traditions of France, Spain and Italy. Our resort boasts three current winery “destinations”— Vienza, a timeless escape to the heart of Tuscany, Bolero, a vibrant new Spanish adventure, and C’est La Vie, the first phase of our amorous, French affair. The Next Chapter In The Europa Village History

Europa Village continues its journey through France with the expansion of C’est la Vie, which will soon transport guests to the romance of Paris with 10 elegantly designed rooms, a charming French café, boutique shopping, wine tasting, and more. Meanwhile, Vienza is set to unveil its most luxurious addition yet, a 40-room resort inspired by the rolling hills of Tuscany, complete with a serene pool, full-service spa, and an inviting lounge. These thoughtfully crafted European escapes will be woven together by a picturesque village of restaurants, boutiques, tasting rooms, and meandering pathways, creating an unforgettable Old-World experience in the heart of Temecula Valley Wine Country.
