1 package of ET French Bean Style Soup mix
8 oz Saucisson Sec Traditional French Country-Style Salami
1 – 14.5 oz can stewed or diced tomatoes
1 large white or yellow onion, chopped
1/4 c ET Garlic Infused Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
8 c water or vegetable broth or stock
In a large pot, sauté onions in ET Garlic Infused Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. Add French Bean Style Soup mix, contents of spice packet, water (or vegetable broth or stock), Worcestershire sauce, and tomatoes. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Cut Saucisson Sec Traditional French Country-Style Salami into cubes and add it to the pot. Cover and continue to cook for approximately 1 hour, or until beans have reached the desired tenderness.
Add more water, or stock, if necessary. Season to taste with salt.
Makes about 8 – 1 1/2 cup servings.
