Membership

Société Europa membership includes the primary member and one adult in the same household. Benefits apply to Members only and are non-transferable. Please bring a form of identification with you each time you visit. Société Europa Wine Club tastings are an included benefit in the purchase price of your active wine club membership.

Payment Policy

In becoming a member of Société Europa, you authorize Europa Village to automatically bill your credit card on file for bi-monthly wine selections. Price depends on membership selected plus applicable tax and shipping charges. If your payment details change, your credit card provider may provide us with updated card details. We may use these new details for your future shipments in order to help prevent any interruption to your membership with us.

Shipping Policy

Reds, Whites, and Sweets Clubs are released in even months, and Mixed and Sparkling Clubs in odd months. To avoid delays, additional shipping, and re-routing costs, it is the member's obligation to notify Europa Village promptly of any credit card or address changes before scheduled shipments. A daytime address with an adult 21 years of age or older available to sign for the delivery of Société Europa shipments is required.

Will Call Policy

Although you may have selected to pick up your shipment at the winery, if your shipment is not picked up or placed on hold after 60 days, they will be shipped to you and a shipping charge will be applied to your membership. If shipment attempt is unsuccessful, an in store credit may be placed on your account for wine purchases in the amount of the Wine Club order.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation will only be accepted after a minimum of THREE club shipments has been met. Request to discontinue your membership must be done in writing and received two weeks prior to the first of the processing month. Early termination of membership is subject to a $50 processing fee plus any membership discounts received prior to the required three shipment minimum. Current Société Europa members who upgrade to Première or Magellan must also accept a minimum of three shipments. Fees are non-refundable if a cancellation request is made after our scheduled processing.
